2. Services Provided
We provide transport of household goods, furniture, and related items between agreed locations. Services include pick-up, delivery, and where agreed, loading/unloading.
3. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are based on the information you provide. Extra charges may apply if the details change (e.g., additional items, waiting time, stairs, restricted access).

Tolls, parking fees, and permits (if required) are your responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

All payments must be made in full on or before delivery unless otherwise arranged.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide accurate details of the goods, pick-up, and delivery addresses.

Ensure goods are packed securely unless you request us to pack.

Be present, or have an authorised person present, at pick-up and delivery.

Ensure access is safe and suitable for our vehicle.
5. Goods We May Refuse
For safety and insurance reasons, we do not carry:

Hazardous materials (e.g., fuel, gas bottles, chemicals).

Perishable or illegal goods.

Pets or live animals.
6. Insurance and Liability

We take care in handling your goods, but we are not liable for damage to items that were not packed properly by you.

Our standard service includes basic transit cover. For extra protection, we recommend you arrange comprehensive insurance for your goods.

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, mechanical breakdown, or events beyond our control.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled job, a cancellation fee may apply.

Jobs can be rescheduled subject to availability.
8. Delays and Waiting Time
If our team is delayed because access is not ready, waiting time fees may apply.
9. Payment Terms

Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, credit card, or cash.

Unpaid invoices may attract late fees.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes will be handled in that jurisdiction
